Aurora, Ill., May 2, 2006 (The Religion Wire™) — The Aurora Christian Ministry Network(ACMN) and the Total Living Network(TLN) are inviting Fox Valley and Chicago area pastors and Christian leaders to the next ACMN meeting on Tuesday, May 9, 9 a.m., at the TLN headquarters, 2880 Vision Court, Aurora. The meeting’s FREE workshop speaker will be Dr. Ray Pritchard, president of Keep Believing Ministries, Tupelo, Miss. Pritchard’s workshop topic will be “Lessons Learned Along the Way.” Those in attendance will receive a free printed copy of the message. Refreshments will be served.

Dr. Ray Pritchard coming to ACMN May 9Dr. Ray Pritchard is an author, speaker and blogger. For 26 years he pastored churches in Los Angeles, Dallas and Chicago. Most recently he pastored Calvary Memorial Church in Oak Park for sixteen years. Since last October he and his wife Marlene have been living in Tupelo, Miss. He is the president of the newly-formed Keep Believing Ministries, a ministry focused on encouragement and evangelism through writing, speaking, book distribution, media ministry, and through a growing Internet presence. Dr. Pritchard has authored over 25 books, including “An Anchor for the Soul,” “The Healing Power of Forgiveness,” “Credo: Believing in Something to Die For, In the Shadow of the Cross,” and “Why Did This Happen to Me?”.

In August he and his wife Marlene will celebrate their 32nd wedding anniversary. His three sons (Josh, Mark and Nick) have a special interest in China, all of them having taught English there in the last several years. Two of Dr. Pritchard’s books have just been translated into Chinese and are being distributed in China. He enjoys the Internet, riding his bike, and anything related to the Civil War.
