In 1990, Daybreak Communications, Inc., was launched as a publicity service to the religious community to share its message of hope to America's mainstream media. Over the years, Daybreak has tried to provide new and innovative services.

In 1995, Daybreak launched GOSPEL-NET.COM™ as source for news release archives. Later The Religion Wire™ began fax distribution to America's religion editors and writers. Today, the media distribution list includes over 300 outlets.

In 2001, Daybreak began email distribution of news releases from The Religion Wire™. This email list now includes over 1,000 outlets. All releases are posted on the Internet, www.religionwire.com. Clients now can use email only for distribution.... this is a low cost method to reach national media outlets.
